In my role at the University of Tasmania, I collaborated with a team of lecturers for the Bachelor of Nursing Degree program to redesign the curriculum. This challenge was driven by the need to improve learning outcomes despite reduced physical attendance for practical classes due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I was instrumental in developing innovative teaching methodologies and integrating technology to ensure continuity and quality of education.
Workforce Health Assessors -Quescreen Project Lead

As the Project Lead for the Quescreen initiative, I worked closely with the CSIRO, the University of Technology Sydney's AI and machine learning teams, and various industry stakeholders. My key responsibility was to develop a smart questionnaire for pre-employment and ongoing workforce health assessment. My leadership role involved coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, shaping project vision, and ensuring delivery of a valuable tool to enhance occupational health practices.
Workforce Health Assessors - Senior Assessor

As a Senior Health Assessor, my role involved conducting comprehensive pre-employment medical assessments to determine candidates' suitability for roles. This position required in-depth knowledge of occupational health considerations and standards. Additionally, I conducted on-site assessments of occupational health factors, drug, and alcohol testing, demonstrating my proficiency in maintaining the highest standards of workforce health and safety.
